2Weeks2Make Midlands 2017 is an original music video competition where musical acts are paired randomly with teams of filmmakers at a launch event on Friday 2nd June at the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC).
“At the launch event, there will be plenty of advice from guest speakers with training and tips they will need to make their video the best it can be,” explained competition organisers (and former winner) Carl Timms, “The videos are submitted by Friday 16th June following which on the 26th June, all completed videos will be screen to a live audience and prizes will be awarded by a panel of experienced judges”.
The competition brings together new creative talent from both the film and music sectors with experienced producers and the timescale tests their creative skills alongside decision making and leadership – expertise they will need to be successful in their chosen career.
